This wide array of recycled, quartz, marble and granite overlay can rejuvenate any existing hardscape — including sidewalks, trails, pathways and streets — with improved aesthetics and increased grip.
Kafka’s high-friction surfacing aggregates — most commonly used on bridge decks, curves, and exit/entrance ramps — can be manufactured to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) specifications for vehicular applications. This surface aggregate is dried for use with various epoxies, and bagged in super sacks for easy handling on the job site.
WISCONSIN DOT 4×12 SPECIALTY AGGREGATE
Kafka’s Wisconsin DOT 4×12 high-friction surfacing aggregate is most commonly used on bridge decks, curves, and exit/entrance ramps for improved skid resistance. The aggregate is dried for use with various epoxies, and available in bulk or bagged in super sacks for easy handling on the job site.
